Happy 3rd Birthday Hailey Lorraine!!

Happy 3rd birthday to my sweet Hailey!! I cant believe that she is 3!! I love this little girl soo much! She is 3 going on 15 she already yells at me gets mad storms off to her room and slams the door!

Our sweet Hailey was born October 11, 2008 at 8:22 a.m. She was 6 lbs. 7 oz, 19. inches long.. she was our littlest baby..I remember when she was born the dr put her on my belly and all i could say was OMG she is soo tiny, when i held her for the first time, she had eyelashes for days and this tiny button nose and i was INSTANTLY in LOVE!!!

Hailey has THE cutest face, you can be mad at her she gives you this little sad face and you just melt! I feel soo blessed to have her as my little Hay- Hay!!

September 24 2010.. was such an amazing day! We welcomed our sweet Kensley Elizabeth into the world after being in labor for 10.5 hours! She weighed 6lbs. 13 oz. 19 inches long and a HEAD full of hair.

1 minute...

I loved this little girl from the moment I looked in her sweet eyes, we were instantly bonded!

1 day....

1 Week....

6 months......

I am soo Blessed to have this little girl in my life..she has the cutest personality EVER!! Kens loves her older brother and sisters soo much, she laughs at pretty much EVERYTHING that they do!

Kensley's fun milestones...

She started rolling over at 4 months.
sat up at 5 months
ate real baby food at 6 months HATED it!
Started LOVING baby food at 9 months
her favorite is apples and cinnoman with rice cereal
She learned to stand with help at 9 months,
learned to pull herself up to toys at 9 months.
learned to army crawl at 9.5/10 months,
all in 1 week she went from army crawling to sitting herself up to crawling!
She has been saying LOTS of words since 7/8 months , things like daddy, momma, she waves and screams bye bye, says "YAY" and claps and throws her arms above her head, she says no, no, stop it (bop it), etc.
She LOVES her voice always screaming!
She took her real first steps SEPT. 9 walked from my dad to my little sis..
Started sleeping in her own room Sept 8.. LOL ( I am a wimp and couldnt let go)LOL
AND lets face it a HUGE MOMMA'S GIRL!!!

I have completely enjoyed watching this little lady bug go from my newborn to this amazing toddler! I loved this past year and I am Looking forward to the next YEARS to come!!!! :)

Life with 4 kids.. how do I explain it let see.. AHHHHHHHHHH.. Ok now that I have that out of my system its actually not that bad! Its at times overwhelming and stressful yet SERIOUSLY rewarding!! I love being a stay at home mom I love being able to raise my children at home! They have touched and blessed my life in soo many ways!

OK.. so A FEW highlights from this year...

In January Chad's brother Kevin SUPRISED us when he told us he was getting bapzited! HOLY cow we were soo excited! Kevin is chads ONLY full blood sibling he has, he is 26has 3 of the cutest boys and 1 SWEET angel baby Kooper Roy.. For those of you that dont know in december 2009 My sweet sister in law was pregnant and at 25-26 weeks lost her little boy.. It was so hard to watch them go through what they did.. BUT knowing what I know about eternal families I felt comfort to know that we WILL see him again, and prayed MANY MANY times that they would one day feel the same.. WELL NOW that Kevin is baptized they are working to go through the temple to be sealed to their boys!! I cannot express how AMAZING it is to know that they will be sealed to eachother and that they will have the opportunity to seal Kooper to them!! The experience of watching Chad Baptize his brother was so amazing the spirit was so strong I can only imagine what it will be like to see their family sealed!! I love them so much and very proud of the AMAZING choices they are making!!

FEb-MAY pretty much a blurr.. Spent most of it raising 4 kids on my own while Chad worked out of town in Louisiana! BLAH is all I have to say.. it was SOME of the hardest days i have had as a mother.. sick babies, sick mommy, sick babies!!! Ashlynn gradutated from preschool.. that was exciting!! She is going into kindergarten now that no so exciting.. sad she is old enough for real school.. I will cry like i did for Riley I am sure! :)

June Chad and i celebrated our 8th WEDDING anniversary!! YEP 8 Years.. I have always loved Chad but my love for him grows more and more.. I love every minute we have together and this September we will be celebrating our 2 year TEMPLE sealing anniversary and to me that is MUCH MORE important! I am so blessed to be sealed to Chad and my AMZINGLY beautiful babies! :)

JULY... It has been a VERY fun July so far..
JULY 2nd we went to the north shore pool and celebrated My sweet neice Gracie's 6th birthday...It was so fun WE (mostly chad) got Fried...He is still peeling LOL! Hopefully next time he will listen when we say SUNBLOCK.. LOL

July 4th .. SO SO FUN Our sweet Ashlynn was in the Cherry Days Parade.. She was on a dance float and did so good.. she loved it!!

Our sweert friends Jake and Alicia and their 3 sweet babes, and Our bro and sis in law kevin and Melissa and their sweet babes came and hung out at the parade.. JAKE AND CHAD are like 2 large 6 year olds.. seriously.. they are so funny!! The rest of the day we hung out the Kevin and Melissa had GREAT dinner and went to the Clearfield fireworks.. Our kids Jammies all kinda matched and for the 4th so we took pics it was hilarious people were looking at us like we have never been in public taking all the kids pics before we had 3 cell phones and a camera in their faces!!

ANywhoo.. A little bit of whats going on with each of us

Chad... will be starting a new job on Base the end of this month and I canNOT be more happier.. ALL I know is its about time he gets better then what he has now!!
Riley... is getting so big it makes me sad he will be in 2nd grade this year and IS SOO excited! He will be playin soccer for the 3rd year this fall! Riley is or little helper and i couldnt be more blessed to have him as my ONLY SON!! He is so gentle with his sisters and very tender hearted!! I ABSOLUTELY love him!!
Ashlynn... she is my DIVA.. she is going into Kindergaten this fall and is so excited! She is already reading so she will be ready for that!! She will be starting her 2nd year of dance, I LOVE watching her dance she is so good and Its fun to see her experience it!! Ash is our little helper and I LOVE it! :)
Hailey... Where to begin with this one.. she is SOOO full of life my mom says pay back for how i was(i think I wasnt as bad as she says) LOL.. Hailey is SOO funny she lights up the room with her personality and BEAUTIFUL little face! She is MORE of a helper then I need so independent its killing me... and ruining my carpet(3 bottles of NEW fingernail polish ALL over the floor) still trying to figure out how to remove it!! :)
Kensley... She is almost 1 and I cant get enough of this babe!! I am starting to wonder tho.. if she is a little dependant on everyone to hold her she doesnt want to crawl.. notta! She is gradually learning she now army crawls then rolls to whatever it is she wants apparently that is MUCH faster!! I really am ok with it tho.. she is my last so if she wants to take her time growing up thats ok!!I LOVE LOVE this girl..

hopefully I can update this a little more often then 1 time a year.. we'll see!!! :)

23 weeks... and counting!!

I feel HUGE already and have about 14-16 more weeks to go! I am getting to the fun part of being pregnant..I LOVE feeling our little girl wiggle around in my belly! It is so fun for my kids to be able to see that I am pregnant and feel their baby sister! I cant wait for fall to get here so I can meet this little girl and see what she looks like!! BUT i know I need enjoy her and every minute of this pregnancy because she will be our last baby! We went to the dr's about 2 weeks ago and our little Kensley is getting so big.. she is about 9 inches long and almost a pound! She was all squished in there bent completely in half SILLY GIRL!! We will be having our 3d appointment July 1st so I will post those as soon as we can!! I cant wait to see her little face!! Well I am sure there will be more pics to come... we are in the middle of decorating the babies room I will post pics of that when we are all done!!

New Baby Comments

This fall we are going to be welcoming our 4th and last baby.. and it looks like we are going to be having GIRL #3!! WOW.. how am I going to raise 3 daughters.. all the hair, nails, dance classes, proms, WEDDINGS!! WAY to many hormones in 1 home.. poor Chad and Riley!! BUT.. we are SOOO excited to welcome little KENSLEY ELIZABETH to complete our little potter family!!.. I will be posting more pics as things go!!

I know I am way way behind on my blogging.. It has been a crazy past couple of months!! Here's whats been going on..

October...

We enjoyed a FUN vacation in Las Vegas and Disneyland. Chad Started a new job in September which requires him to go out of town and so the day after we got back from our vacation Chad headed to Arkansas for 2 weeks!! YUCK.. So it was me and the kids all 3 KIDS by myself.. How I made it through.. well lets just say we had A LOT of Pajamma days!! :) We had a fun Halloween I took the kids trick or treating by myself Riley was a Star Wars guy, Ashlynn was Tinkerbell, and Hailey was a Bumble Bee! We went and spent Halloween with my family at my grandparents house!! It was so fun I look forward to spending the time with my sweet grandparents my grandma ALWAYS goes out of her way and makes a lot of yummy chili and other yummy things!! It was GREAT!!

November...

Nothing to exciting this month.. Riley turned 6.. YES 6 MY "little" man is 6!! Makes me feel super old!! We had a fun birthday party for him!

The night before his party the "girls" which consisted of me,Janese,sister in law Kristi, sis in law Melissa, and Mary Clinton's "friend" went and saw NEW MOON... WE LOVED IT!! It was so fun for the girls to get out and go.. Poor Janese she was due in 1 week and was SOOOO ready to pop!! Poor thing!! Thanksgiving.. it started out great than Ashlynn came down with a fever of 103.5 and so we ate and headed home.. so pretty much we spent thanksgiving at home!! BLAH!! The next morning me, chad, Mary , and my mom went BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING.. It was a blast we started at 2:00 in the morning!! BLAST!! We ended November with 2 girls with CROUP!! YES just what i wanted... the girls room had 2 humidifiers going and they were covered in Vics vapor rub!! Poor things!! :(

December...

What can I say about December.. I was THE GRINCH this year!! I LOVE LOVE CHRISTMAS but this year (2009) I just couldnt do it!! My dad and I usually fight about how I decorate to soon.. have my lights and tree up BEFORE thanksgiving but this year I was a slacker!! December started off great with my SWEET sister Jansese welcoming her 4th child (2nd baby).. Sweet ANNA KAYE!!! I LOVE LOVE HER.. I got to be there when Janese successfully had a VBAC.. I am so so proud of Janese she is such a strong woman I look up to her so much (even though I am 5'9 Janese is a whole 5'4..something like that) Little anna weighted a WHOPPING 9 lbs. 4 oz.. yes that BIG baby came out of my TINY SISTER!! Janese what a champ!!

Decemeber was a "FAITH TESTER & BUILDER" for Chad and I.. This part is probably the funniest part of the whole month.. We needed a new car battery so Chad went to put the battery in and and was hooking it all up and the car STARTED ON FIRE!!! LOL.. yes FIRE!! He had put the battery in backwards and blew up our alternator!! So.. our car was now undriveable...LOL... It really was ammusing!! So 2 days later Chad put a new alternator into our car! The following Monday it was snowimg like CRAZY.. I was driving Riley to school and my car wouldnt stop i would push on my breaks and nothing..and slid right through an intersestion!! SCARY!!! So come to find out my Master Cylinder went out so.. off to the Les Schwab to fix my car for the 3rd time in 4 days!! OMG I thought what else could go wrong and yep at a time where everything seems to be going wrong YOU NEVER SAY those words.. it just gets worse!!

After the first part of December my brother Clinton who was serving a mission in Tacoma, Washington had found a lump right above his groin that the Dr's thought could be cancer so he was sent home in order to have surgery and have it tested!! It was hard to have him home because I missed him so much being gone that I wanted him to stay knowing that he needed to go back! He had his surgery and everything came back great and we said goodbye to Elder Hansen On Wednesday December 30th.. He returned to his mission!! SO PROUD OF HIM!!! :)

Ok... on the positive side of December.. we had a very fun Harper Christmas Party, at my grandparents house!! It was so fun and the Kids enjoyed seeing Santa!

Christmas Eve we went to my Grandma, and Grandpa Hansen's house like we have since i was a baby! We were there for about 45 minutes and sure enough... RILEY who had been complaing about his belly hurting for 4 days starts throwing up!! OMG.. another holiday cut short because of a sick child!! It was so sad .. Riley had wanted a PSP for christmas and we told him that he would have to remind Santa (who was coming to the party) that he wanted it riley was laying on the bathroom floor crying saying that he really wanted to sit on santa's lap to tell him what he wanted :( the emotional Mommy that I am I started to cry!! I felt so bad for him.. we told him that we would call Santa and remind him! My family all started thinking that Riley had appendicitis!! We left and headed to the hospital, on the way to the hospital I called Santa (my brother) and told him that riley was a good boy and that he really wanted a PSP!! I love how kids "BELIEVE" in santa!! LOVE IT!! As soon as we left he started acting ok.. no more throwing up so we decided to just wait it out through the night and see how it goes! we opened our PJ's and headed to bed! We woke up and Riley wasnt throwing up but didnt want to get out of bed to see what santa had brought.. we forced him to go out and he went through all he got opened everything and was DEEPLY dissapointed that there was NO PSP!! We went to my parents house like we do every year.. and out back was a gift in the fire wood that was from Santa it said.."Riley I found this in my sleigh on the way back to the North Pole sorry Merry Christmas love Santa!!" Riley opened it and it was his BLUE PSP he wanted with 2 games and all the extras that go along with it!! HE was soo excited he almost started crying!! :) I know we are mean!! He kept comlaining of a belly ache so we decided to head to the hospital.. Chad, Clinton, My dad, James my brother in law, and MY sweet Grandpa Harper gave riley a blessing and off we went!! Me chad and riley got to spend 5 hours in the E.R. christmas morning!! What a blast!! All the test came back and Riley was fine!! MAN!! I was glad that he was ok!!

I was glad to see December come and go!! I usually LOVE it but this one not so much! I had my Faith tested more and more good and bad!! WE MADE IT THROUGH!! :) I know that when we ALL have trials that are put before us.. to test our faith and to make us stronger I know that the many nights I kneeled on my knees in tears that I have a loving savior who listened and knows me.. he WILL never give me more than I can Handle!! I know that things will get better!! I KNOW IT!!!

2010.... PLEASE BE BETTER TO US!!! PLEEEASE!!! :)

My 2010 NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS!!! (not in any order)
1- Grow closer to my heavenly Father!
2- attend the temple at least 1 a month
3- Lose the rest of my baby weight.. alomst there!! :)
4- Love my children and pay attention to every detail about them and their days because they will not always be children and not always be here!
5- have more patience!! A LOT MORE!!
6- GO on more dates with my hubbin
7- be a better wife and mother!!
8- get out of DEBT
9- Cherish the moments with the ones i love most
10-be more forigiving!!!!
11-.... HAVE MORE ME TIME!!!!!!

OuR TrIp to DiSnEyLaNd!!!! :)

on tuesday October 20th we loaded up 2 of the 3 kids and headed to Disneyland! We stopped in Las Vegas and stayed the night at the Statosphere.. it was so fun we went to the Rain Forest Cafe for dinner and took the kids to all the shows that are on the strip! We got up wednesday morning and headed to Anaheim.. it was the LONGEST drive ever!! We got into the hotel chad and the rest of the family took all the kids swimming, well about 2 hours after we settled in the hotel Kayden my nephew had to be taken to the ER because he stuck a pen lid in his ear and caused it to bleed like crazy, when they got it looked at he also had a bead in his ear.. poor guy!!

Thursday morning we got up and headed to Disneyland it was a blast!! The kids and Chad had soo much fun!! AShlynn was just tall enough for the big rides so it made things even funner!! Later that night we went to Mickey's Trick or treat party.. which was soo cool how everything was decorated for halloween. The kids got SOOO much candy it was crazy they would just hand out HANDFULS of it!! That night we took Riley on Tower of Terror which is my favorite ride ever.. he LOVED it, he made us go on it over and over again!! SO FUN!!!

Friday and Saturday were fun too we went on a lot of rides and the kids got to meet a bunch of characters. Saturday was our last day there so we went to this thing called A Princess Fantasy Faire.. its where you get to meet all the princesses!! it was the longest line EVER 2 hours we waited I figured since we were leaving why not wait... I couldnt leave with out Ashlynn meeting princesses!! While we were in line chad took the kids to get their faces painted, Riley a Dragon, Ashylnn just had some pretty fairy things around her eyes!! When we finally got in to meet the princesses 3had left so we only got to see Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, and Mulan!! When ash saw sleeping beauty she started screaming she was sooo excited!! Well worth the wait!! :)

Sunday we headed home we drove straight through and it SUCKED!!!! I missed my Hailey Girl sooo much I couldnt wait until I got to hold her!! Our trip was soo fun well worth it!!

Saturday September 12th Chad and I went through the Salt Lake Temple and were Sealed to our FAMILY!! I am waiting for my brother in law to get our picures done than I will post them and share my experience with you ALL!!!

In about 2 weeks my Little Riley will be going to Kindergarten... YEP KINDERGARTEN.. I sometimes cant believe I have a child old enough for school!! I am so BLESSED to have him for my son, from the moment I first met my little guy I knew he was sent to me for ME!!!he has brought so much JOY into our lives, everyone that meets him loves him right away he just has one of those personalities!! He is always making me laugh, some of the things he says catches me off guard, his favorite word right now is "LAME"....Riley is always so helpful with everything, he is such a good big brother his little sisters LOVE him so much!! There is something about him that I can't explain I Just love my little man so much!! It makes me cry that he is no longer my little baby!! I will probably CRY my eyes out when I drop him off at school.. I'm crying now thinking about it.. YEP I'm a cry baby!! I'm looking forward to watching him learn, and grow.. MAN being a mommy changed so much and I wouldnt change it for the WORLD!!!

So about 3 weeks ago Chad got a phone call from the stake pres. secretary he told Chad that he wanted to meet with Chad and wanted him to bring his wife.. So that Tuesday off we went now getting that phone call is kinda nerve racking your not sure WHY??? they are wanting to meet, Well we went in and sat down when they told us that they were Filling some positions in the Elders Quorum Presidency and asked if Chad would like to be 2ND COUNSELOR.. WHAT?? Chad has only been an elder since the end of June and now the 2nd counselor which is a BIG DEAL!!! Man I am so proud to be married to him!! I am so proud of the changes he has made in the past year!! That following saturday my brother went and got his suits for his mission to TACOMA WASHINGTON.. for all you twilight lovers he will be serving in La Push, Forks etc.!! It'll be a great and beautiful place for him.. anyways We decided that it was time for Chad to get a suit.. WOW He looks amazing in one.. (i'll post pics later) He looks all important and sophisticated!! LOVE IT.. that Sunday we had a busy DAY Clint my little Brother was ordained an Elder, Chad was set apart in his NEW CALLING, we also celebrated my little sisters 7th birthday and my DAD's 50th BIRTHDAY!!

Last weekend Chad and I and the kids and my brother Clint and his "friend" Mary went to Bear Lake for the weekend for Raspberry days, we go every year with Chad's family kind of a family reunion.. Friday morning we all decided to go to GENEVA, IDAHO to see Chad's sister and her little family, we hadn't seen there house before so off we went. They live out in NOWHERE LAND.. seems like hours away. They Have a GORGEOUS home and cute fam. We rode their motorcycle, went up in the hills and shot ALOT of different guns, and had YUMMY dinner! That nightwe headed back to Chad's grandma's in bear lake.. we played games with Chad's fam.. my favorite game we played was CURSES.. Holy cow LAUGHED MY BUTT OFF it was so funny!!

Saturday morning we all decided to rent wave runners and spend the day on the beach which was a COMPLETE BLAST.. me being the DUMBY I am didn't put sunblock on at all and SCORTCHED my face and now I have fever blisters ALL OVER.. NICE!! Sunday we were out at my sister in laws again and I was running out to the car to get Ashlynn's Shoes and left the house door open thinking it would only be 2 seconds I had a feeling that I should shut the door but didn't I got distracted and the next thing i know I heard HAILEY SCREAMING BLOODY MURDER.. I threw everything I had in my hands and ran to her she had put her hands on the metal on the floor of the door frame and it was BURNING her hands, she didn't react and take them off she just sat there and cried.. I ran to her and ran in the house and put her hands into cold water. She probably cried and screamed for 2 hours i felt like the WORST mom ever. After hours of ice and screaming she FINALLY fell asleep when she woke up her right hand had 2nd degree burns on them and the whole thing blistered up!! :( my poor baby girl I felt so bad! She is now doing better her blisters have all popped and now I just have to watch for an infection!! I cant believe that July is over and School will be starting soon.. and its almost time to start decorating for FALL I LOVE LOVE decorating for FALL my favorite holiday next to Christmas!!! Well Hopefully August is just as fun as fun but hopefully not as crazy than the last few months have been we'll see!!

Yes I am SUPER behind on blogging.. Have been busy busy!! The past few months have been super fun!!

JUNE:
The 13th Chad and I celebrated our 6th year of marriage.. HOLY CRAP!! I can't believe we've been married for that long!! Its crazy how much I fall in love with him more and more.. believe me there are many many times i want to KILL him but I do LOVE LOVE HIM!! Also, in June Chad's Grandpa passed away after battling with cancer:(
It was sad, but his family seems to be doing better now!! We've been doing lots of fun stuff with the kids, camping, family reunions, Lagoon, etc.. I have pictures but since it was almost 2 months ago.. no point posting them!!
Also the end of June Chad was ordained in Elder and on the same day he was ordained WE as a couple spoke in church for the first time.. I was SO SO nervous my legs were shaking so bad that they were vibrating!!! I probably looked pretty stupid, but all around I think the talks went REALLY GOOD!!

July:
Our july so far as been SUPER SUPER CRAZY!!! My sister and her 3 SWEET kids came and stayed with us for 2 weeks while her husband was in Florida for work, they actually just left today!! It was so fun having them here with us, there were times I wanted to pull my hair out but I'm going to miss having them here with me.. I started to cry when they pulled out of the driveway!! I love her she is my best friend and I cant wait to meet her new little angel girl in her belly.. she is going to be as BEAUTIFUL as her mother!! Also this month My brother is going to be getting his mission call tomorrow (tuesday the 21st).. I cant wait to see where he'll be serving!! We are going to be going through the temple August 29th... we had to move it from the 25th of this month because other things came up!! Riley is going into kindergarten which completely breaks my heart but school shopping is so so much fun!! We found out the Chad's parents want to take us and Chad's brother and wife and his kids and his little brother and sister to DISNEYLAND this october for a week.. we are SUPER EXCITED!! It's going to be so fun, when we told ashlynn about it the first thing she said was "what am I going to wear" REALLY, she's 3.. what a GIRL she is... The kids and yes especially Chad is so EXCITED!! We did decide to not take Hailey she'll be staying with my parents, I'm going to miss her but it'll be easier with out her!!

About 3 weeks ago Riley was running around outside and was wearing new flip flops and tripped and fell and hit his head on the tire of our reycling bin, he started screaming i got up ran outside and my little boy was COVERED in blood! So I started crying like the beby I am.. grabbed him ran in the house covered in blood we rushed to the hospital to get stitches!! He got 3 staples and was a CHAMP!!

On May 21st, Riley Graduated from Wee Wonders Preschool. It was an EXTREME graduation for a prescool graduation but AMAZINGLY FUN!! They sang a bunch of fun songs and she gave out diplomas, than Riley's teacher also does Top Scholar awards which means that the child can write their name first and last, knows and can write their birthday, knows and can write their phone number, can ryhme, can read color, number words, knows ABC's and ABC sounds, etc. Well Riley got that award, Riley has worked really hard and got the AWARD so so PROUD to be his mom!!!

After Riley's Graduation we had a Pizza party and some cake and ice cream with our family, he got some fun presents probably one of my favorite things he got was from his grandpa and grandma Potter it was that 3D chalk probably the coolest chalk ever.. it actually works!! I play with it more than he does.. Cool Stuff!!

Last week Chad's little Brother graduated from Roy High, we went to Tepanyaki after for dinner... SO SO YUMMY!!! Than friday Chad's Aunt got married.. That was probably the funnest wedding I've ever been to! Also.. Sadly we found out that Chad's grandpa who has been battling cancer for over a year, has now been diagnosed with liver cancer and bone cancer.. and now has pneumonia and in the hospital and not doing the greatest!! Poor guy!! Also..Chad's sister Kristi was Pregnant with twins and lost them both on saturday!!! She's doing ok she just had a her first baby in October so she's ok with it but its still hard for her! My sister Janese is 15 weeks pregnant and doing good.. we're getting ready to find out what she's having.. and last My sister in law Melissa is expecting her 3rd baby..!! BABIES EVERYWHERE!!

Yesterday the kids including my 19 yr old little brother that acts 5 played on the slip n' slide, it was so so funny we put it on a small hill so they'd FLY down and jump over the bump and the end.. I love summer because the kids are outside and SO SO TIRED by the end of the day!!!

Hailey is about to turn 8 months, she has learned to sit up and is now getting 2 teeth!! It makes me sad that my little baby is not a "BABY" anymore.. Chad now thinks we should have another I DONT THINK SO!!! HE's INSANE!!! She's getting so fun I love this age!!

Last Tuesday I colored my hair from ALL BLONDE to ALL BROWN with BLONDE streaks..Its been a major change I have been blonde for 6 years and was ready for a change!! I think I really really like it dark!! BAD thing that happened with it is that we went to Chad's aunts house swimming and her pool had to many chemicals in it and my hair has faded ALOT ALOT!! So now I have to get it colored AGAIN!!!

Ok so haven't blogged for a bit been a little CRAZY lately!! We got our house insulated 2 weeks ago and they put wholes in our walls that are 3 inches wide every 15 inches.. so we have a million wholes and have been repairing them and re-painting our WHOLE HOUSE which has been a pain, pain, pain, but we painted a lot of new fun colors so it works!! (I'll post all the pictures when we're done)

Last weekend was my mom's birthday and my sister took me and my mom out for a girls day out and went to the movies and saw 17 Again which was so so cute, I think I cried 3 times in that movie.. CUTE SHOW, than we went to Iggies Sports grill for lunch YUMMY, and then did some shopping!! THANKS JANESE!!

Than Sunday, we went to church with my parents and my dad was put in to bishopric as the 2nd counselor!! HOW FUN!! Celebrated my mom's birthday.. It was a great Sunday!!

On Tuesday I called the Temples and got our times and dates set up for us to take our babies to the temple to be sealed... Its going to be Saturday July 25th at the Draper temple!! We are so excited that the time is getting close!! YAY YAY!!

Last weekend was a crazy weekend.. Friday Riley had his first soccer game they didn't do so great..The kids were hot and tired! Than Friday night I had a baby shower to go to for my cousin Kayla.. she's having her first baby and it's a girl! Kayla is so tiny you can't really tell she's due soon!! I had to make a "Better Than Sex cake" that was interesting, never made it before but it turned out good!

Saturday we had a BBQ with my sister and her little family, My dad, brother, and little sister ( my mom was way sick) and my grandparents.. we had an easter egg hunt with all the kids in our backyard the kids had alot of fun!! My grandma made each of the kids little easter bags that had eggs with money in them little cars and candy for the boys and lip stick and hair bows for the girls..and for little Hailey she bought her a easter bunny and a bib that says " I love My Grandma" so cute!! After everyone went home we colored eggs with the kids and my dad and lil sister.. they had lots of fun!! Our camera was dead so I didn't take pictures.. i know I'm a bad mom!!

Sunday was fun for the kids they found Easter eggs and their baskets.. Then they got new church clothes I was so EXCITED to have matching dresses for the girls!! LOVE that part of having girls!! After we went to church we went to Chad's aunts for a BBQ and a fun Easter egg hunt.. ALL around the kids had a good Easter weekend!!

Oh and we have FINALLY set a date for the Temple..Saturday August 1st! We are so excited!!

Update on Chad's Step dad!!

On sunday the dr's were thinking that they were going to have put Clint (chad's step dad) on a breathing machine because his right lung started feeling up with fluid because his pain was so bad he couldn't cough out the fluids, making both his lungs not functional..they gave him more morphine and he was able to breath better and on his own!! On tuesday he was moved from I.C.U to a regular room, and he's up and walking around, and this morning we got a phone call that he is going to be released from the hospital tommorrow!! AMAZING recovery!! He still has ALOT ALOT of recovering to do but he'll make it through!!

THURSDAY... My grandparents got our family tickets to Beauty and the Beast at the Heritage Theater in Perry. The theater says that your little girls can dress up and Ashlynn just happened to have a Bell dress so I got her ALL DOLLED UP and took her to the play!! Ashlynn was so funny the first time she saw Bell she said "that's me, that's me" and then when bell came out in her Yellow dress Ashlynn said " its ok mom she can wear my dress, I can share!!" FUNNY FUNNY GIRL!! After the play she got to meet Bell and boy was she excited!! Gotta love little girls!!

FRIDAY.... Riley had his FIRST soccer practice of this season and the coach said that her little boy doesn't want to play and asked Chad if he wanted to be the NEW SOCCER COACH.. so Chad is now going to coach 5, 5 year old boys!! Fun Fun!! I'll be sure to let you know how that goes!! Riley has his first game Friday and another saturday! I love going to them!!

We were on our way home from the store Friday night and Chad's sister Kristi called us and told us that Chad's step dad Clint had been working under a dump truck and the driver got in didnt know he was under there got in and drove away..running him over and they didn't know if he was going to make it.. He lives in Idaho and so we took our kids up to my parents and off we went to Twin Falls, we drove up with Chad's brother Kevin and his with Melissa! It was a WAY WAY FUN drive.. kinda scary at times because it was dark and snowy but we got to twin falls about 9:30 that night all in ONE PIECE!! We sat in the I.C.U. waiting room for about an hour than they let Chad, Kevin and Kristi back to see their dad.. It was so sad to see the family go through that!! Chad's dad ended up with all his ribs broken on the left side that punctured his lung causing it to collapse, his WHOLE left side is all pretty much broken, the right side most ribs broken and his collar bone and shoulder also broken!! He's doing pretty good and we're praying that he'll be moved out of the I.C.U soon!! He's going to have a long road ahead of him and we're hoping that he will stay strong and make it through!!Please remember him in your thoughts and prayers!!

SUNDAY... My little brother Clinton celebrated his 19th birthday!! Its going to be his last birthday with us for 2 years.. He is getting ready to leave for his mission in AUGUST! I think that I'm going to have a really hard time with him being gone for 2 years Clinton is one of my best friends and a very FUNNY FUNNY guy he always has me laughing don't know what I'll do without him!! :(

Well...I'm PREGNANT!!

Just kidding.. got ya didn't I?? I think I'd FREAK!!

My sister Janese and her hubby James are expecting #4!! She is so excited!! They have been trying for over a year! They were thinking about adopting again and then yesterday she found out she was PREGNANT!! She and James adopted their first 2 little boys and She had a little girl Gracie she is 3.5!! They've been wanting to add to there family and now they are blessed with a new little spirit!! I'm so excited for her to experience another pregnancy.. it is so awesome!!

Janese and her little family live in Dugway its about 2 hours away.. anyways she wanted to surprise my mom and dad but lives to far away so I told her I'd help.. I ran to the store and bought some pink and blue balloons and went to my mom and dad's I was on the phone with my sister and handed the phone to my dad and Ashlynn walked in with the balloons and Janese told him on the phone!! My mom wasnt home she was in Brigham at my aunts so off we went to surprise her.. We did the same thing to my mom and she Freaked..than went to my grandparents and told them.. My grandpa cried!! It was a great night!!

Ok there are ALOT of pictures but I couldn't pick just a few!! I'm so proud if Riley he did so so good!! FUTURE GOLD MEDALIST( his dad thinks anyways)!!! LOL... Never know!! Yesterday Chad, my dad and Riley went up snowboarding for RILEY'S first time!! He did so good and had tons of fun!! Chad has been wanting to take him pretty much since the day RY was born!! Chad kept having to tell him to stop and slow down.. everytime Riley would fall he just got right back up.. !! Me and Ashlynn went up for lunch and to watch!! It ended with my MAN.. not RILEY .. Chad getting hurt. He was trying to watch Riley and clipped the back of his board ( whatever that means) and fell on his bumb and hurt his tail bone!! Poor guy.. He's not as young as he used to be!!

It's fun to be a mom and watch your kids grow and learn!! I'm so proud to be a mom, I wouldn't change it for anything! My kids bring my life so much JOY and though sometimes I feel like its hard and I get frustrated I wouldn't change it for the WORLD!!!

Hailey's little bum was hanging out of her diaper I think its time to use bigger diapers!! She is putting on some pounds.. she's a little chunky BUM!!

My mom was getting her dressed and her shirt got caught on her ear.. Hailey thought it was funny!!

Hailey just had her 4 month check up the other day.. She now weighs 12. 7 and is 25 Inches long!! She is getting so so big!! It makes me sad.. she started on baby food and cereal she does not like it so much.. its funny to watch her pull faces! She's starting to get such a fun personality!! VERY spoiled she thinks she neeeds to be held ALL DAY LONG she loves attention! I put her hair in pig tails for the first time today she looks so cute she has a bald spot on the back of her head it looks so funny!! Gotta love babies!!

A SURPRISE getaway for the weekend!!

Chad surprised me with a getaway to Park City just the two of us my sweet mom took my 3 munchkins!! Friday morning we had the oppurtunity to go through the Draper Temple!!! It was AMAZING!! I honestly think I cried through the whole thing!!! Than we went to the YUMMY cheesecake factory for lunch!! Chad had never been to the Church History Museum.. that was amazing again I think I cried through the whole thing!! We had some amazing spiritual experiences there we were there for 4 hours!! Than to park city we went we stayed in the PRETTIEST suite ever, it has its own private balcony with a 2 person hot tub.. we went shopping and drove around the HUGE cabins that are up there. Saturday we went to breakfast and did more shopping bought the kids the cutest clothes and shoes ever.. I LOVE BABY GAP!! We went and walked around temple square and took fun pictures in front of the temple than went to Deseret Book and bought a bunch of church books and a GORGEOUS picture of Christ!! It was an amazing weekend!! Now more than ever we cannot wait to be sealed!! My husband was so sweet for planning this and taking me away it has been forever since we've gone anywhere without our babies!! We LOVED IT!!

WHAT A WEEK!!! Last Sunday my sister Janese and her Husband James went to florida for a week long MUCH NEEDED and WELL DESERVED vacation to Florida...and I watched her 3 CUTE munchkins!! Chase is 5, Tyler 4, and Gracie 3.5!!

Boy did I have my hands full, with my 3 and her 3 I thought it was going to be a rough week!! It actually has turned out to be pretty good!! The kids have all gotten along really good and haven't had to many problems!! I have enjoyed spending time with them and getting to know them without their parents around!! We have done some fun things this week like colored hearts and put glitter on them, made sugar cookies the kids got to frost and decorate them by themselves and we made chocolate chip cookies too!! Gracie and Ashlynn are such girly girls they wore dress ups and jewlery all day long the only time they took them off was to bathe and go to bed!! They got along really good and they have gotten alot closer!! Now getting 6 kids in jammies and in bed was an ADVENTURE..but it worked out and by the end of the night i was READY FOR BED!! Chad works swing shift and so its me and the kids ALONE ALL NIGHT!! I have enjoyed them and I'm sad to have them go home on saturday.. BUT it will be nice to be back to me and the 3!!

Just when she seemed like she was getting better she got WORSE about a two weeks ago she started throwing up EVERYTHING she ate... we took her back to the DR.s and she was diagnosed with PNEUMONIA!! So they put her on this NASTY antibiotic and she got better gradually but faster then we thought!! We're so glad that she's better! She was so sick for weeks... I never left the house and no one came over and poor Ashlynn turned 3 on Jan.28 and her birthday party was plannned for Jan. 24 but than hailey got worse so we cancelled it and so this saturday we're going to FINALLY celebrate her 3rd birthday!! Things are HOPEFULLY looking UP....

Last Tuesday night Hailey started coughing it was just a little cough so I didn't think much about it. Well later that night while she was sleeping she started coughing so bad that she started struggling breath... She had been coughing so bad she coughed up milk it sounded like she was drowning!! She usually sleeps through the night and I think that night we both slept about 2 hours between her coughing and me watching her breath!! Well Wednesday her cough got worse and she again struggled to breath so I decided to take her to her Dr. They decided to test her for RSV and sure enough she HAS IT!!!! DANG!! The doctor ordered her a BBG machine thats sucks the gunck out of her nose and it helps a little bit!! Wednesday night wasnt to bad but things only went down hill from there!! Thursday she started losing her voice when she cried you couldnt hear her, had a temperature of 101.9 and coughed like crazy so bad that we had to flip her forward and she ends up throwing up!! We ended up going to Mckay Dee to the RSV clinic that they have there and they stuck tubes down her nose to suck out her lungs and that helped for a few hours!! Friday even worse.....Hailey's voice COMPLETELY GONE!!! When she cries nothing comes out and her coughing increased I CRIED I don't know how many times! Its so hard to watch my 3 MONTH old struggle and suffer through this illness that she has!!! About midnight last night me and Hailey took yet another trip to the RSV clinic.. she was breathing really fast and her oxygen level was really low the doctor was worried that if after he suctioned her lungs if her oxygen level didnt increase they were admitting her into the hospital!! Well the suctioning worked and home we went! Today has been an OK day she is still WAY SICK but getting better day by day... HOPEFULLY!!! It has been a rough couple of days.. But we've got complete FAITH that things will be ok with her and she'll over come this DANG RSV!!!

My mom and my sister Janese are my best friends... They are such great examples to me!! Last summer we went to florida to Disneyworld.. JUST the GIRLS we were gone a week and it was so fun to spend the time with them!! I LOVE you so much!!! I'm so blessed to have you two in my life!!!

Today was my nephew Tyler's 4th birthday party in DUGWAY where he and My sister and her family live its about 2 hours away its like driving to a new state... but its such a cute place!! They have a little bowling alley there and so for Tylers party we went there and believe me it was a BLAST!! The kids had so so much fun!!! At the end the guys had a little competiton between them...it was fun to watch them get AGGRESSIVE!!!!

Sunday we had Hailey blessed.. My dad blessed her it had to have been one of the prettiest blessings I've ever heard!! I CRIED!!! It was a very spiritual day for me!! She was good through the whole thing my dad said she just looked around!! We had a little dinner after at my moms house it was nice to get our families and friends together!! I'm so excited to have our little family sealed for ETERNITY!! We are shooting for this spring WOW I can't believe we are finally going to be sealed for FOREVER!!

Hailey is getting so big! Last saturday I was playing around with my camera and took some of the cutest pictures of Hailey!! She's getting so fun!! She's kind of got a little cold we took her to the dr's today and she weighs 10 lbs. 9 oz. she is a CHUNKY BUTT!!! She and the kids are fighting dumb colds poor things!!! They all are CRANKY!! Its been rough around our house!!

On Monday the kids went out and played in the snow.. They had so much fun!! Ashlynn didn't have any real gloves all she had were cloth mittens her hands had little balls of snow all over them and her fingers were like ICE but the little snow bunny just stayed out there and didnt care!!! When they finally came in Ashlynn started eating the snow off of her gloves!! GROSS!! They ended the night with a cup of hot chocolate and HOMEMADE cookies...

I was wrapping presents the other day and my little brother was helping me and he decided to wrap Hailey and put a bow in her hair!!! She just laid there and let my brother pick on her.. what a good girl!! Ok...So last Thursday I took Hailey to the dr.'s for her 2 month check-up... She now weighs 9 lbs. 7 oz. and 22 inches long!! She's getting so big it makes me sad!! Its hard to believe that Riley was 8lbs. 14.5 oz and 22 inches long at birth just a little smaller than what Hailey is know at 2.5 months!! What A chunk he was!!

We had my family christmas party on Sunday and santa came.. He has a cute little wife that plays Mrs. Clause its so cute and fun for the kids!!! Riley and ashlynn were so excited to see Santa!!!

The little kids were rudolph the red nose reindeer with Mrs. Clause and Ashlynn got to be Rudolph.. She was so serious about it she wouldn't smile or anything so the nose wouldn't fall off!!! It was SO funny!!!

Hailey's first time seeing santa.. well not seeing more like sleeping through it but it was cute!!!

Riley asked for Ninja Turtles for christmas...He said he wanted them so bad or he'll cry and I didnt know that he wanted them so now I get to go shopping to look for them!!!

Everytime we ask Ashlynn what she wants for christmas she ALWAYS says she wants Barbie Diamond castle... well when santa asked her she said nothing just this present and jumped off.. it was so funny!!!

She is so obsessed with make-up.. well thats what she got from santa she started jumping up and down screaming!! It was so funny she's such a GIRLY GIRL!!!

Ok.... so I swore that I would NEVER cut Ashlynn's hair.. but I felt so bad for her every time I brushed it she cried because it was so long and got tangled easy so this morning we got up and finally cut it off!! Yes I'm crazy because she has absolutely gorgeous hair but it was time!! And YES I cried it was probably harder for me than her!!! Her new hair cut is so so cute on her and I LOVE IT!!!!!

Riley lost his FIRST tooth yesterday!! Its so exciting to go through these fun things with your own kids!! Riley was trying to open something with his teeth and out it POPPED!! The tooth fairy came last night and left him 3 dollars!!! How FUN!!

Well she's finally here!! 4 weeks early and 8 hours of labor Hailey was born October 11, 2008 at 10:22 A.M... She was 6 lbs. 8 oz. 19.5 inches long!! The smallest of the three!! Riley and Ashlynn were so excited to see their NEW baby sister they love her so much!! WOW three kids (4 if you include Chad) are a handful!! They sure keep me busy!!
